By accessing or using Legal11.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Marketplace role
Legal11 provides a venue for buyers, sellers, and investors to discover assets and connect. We are not a party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
Listings and fees
Sellers must provide accurate listing information. Category listing fees and deal commissions are published on our rate card and charged via Razorpay or other approved payment methods. Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Acceptable use
- Do not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings.
- Do not circumvent platform fees or abuse inquiry systems.
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and asset location.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legal11 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or any transaction between users.
